Stuart Holmes

Redhill East & North Earlswood

Stuart is married with two children. He lives in Redhill and has lived in the Borough all his life. He works as a senior design manager in the construction industry. 

Stuart is passionate about making Redhill a better place to live, in particular, he wants to see the County Council:

• Take action on the crisis in SEND provision in the county which is a major problem for many parents and carers

• Tackle the large number of potholes on the roads & repair footpaths

• Make walking and cycling safer by reducing urban speed limits and providing safe cycling infrastructure

• Make Redhill town centre a pleasant place to go to by ensuring the pedestrian area isn’t allowed to be a car park

• Improving public transport

• Making more affordable housing available

If elected Stuart promises to work hard, listen, and get things done for residents of Redhill East.
