Barry is fighting hard for a better deal for Horley residents. The Conservatives have wrecked education in Horley and only the Liberal Democrats can fix it! Barry was born and brought up in Horley and wants to see better opportunities, educational levels and support for the next generation. 

Barry is passionate about his community and has been speaking to people across Horley about the issues affecting us all. Horley has always been forgotten by the Conservatives in Surrey County Council and enough is enough. His experience in business means he can hold the County Council to account for how badly they treat parents and will work hard to get a fair deal for Horley.
