Jemma De Vincenzo
Merstham and Banstead South
Jemma moved to the borough over a decade ago and now calls it home, alongside her husband and young son, who all use local clubs and facilities here in Merstham. A senior NHS clinician by day, Jemma has worked in education, health and youth services for many years. Jemma understands the day-to-day challenges faced by public services, with particular expertise in education, the special educational needs system and children and adults’ mental health services. Jemma wants to continue protecting the public services that benefit those most in need, whilst continuously driving quality and efficiency improvements across council services so we can look towards a sustainable future.
