Earlswood Common Kiosk - Abandoned

The users of Earlswood Lakes have been promised a replacement Kiosk in the car park by the Tory Council for years. The excuse has always been a lack of funding. Now the story is that although the budget is available, there are no spare Council officers to manage the project. It amounts to gross incompetence by the Tory executive.
